我們不會從本 App 收集任何可識別你身份的個人資料。你無需建立帳戶、登入或提供姓名、電郵、電話號碼等資訊即可使用本 App。
本 App 需要連接互聯網，以向香港天文台（Hong Kong Observatory）公開天氣 API 取得即時天氣、警告、雷達圖、預報及其他公開氣象資訊。這些請求僅用於顯示天氣內容，不會用於識別個別用戶。
本 App 免費提供，並透過 Google AdMob 顯示廣告。當你使用本 App 時，Google 及其合作夥伴可能會收集及處理某些資料，例如：

你可透過 iOS「設定 → 私隱與保安 → 追蹤」管理 App 追蹤授權（如適用）。
你可透過一次性 App 內購買「移除廣告」，永久移除本 App 內所有廣告。購買及付款由 Apple App Store 處理；我們不會收到你的付款卡資料。Apple 可能會處理與購買相關的帳戶資料，詳情請參閱 Apple 私隱政策。
購買紀錄由 Apple 儲存，你可透過 App 內「恢復購買」功能還原已購項目。
除上述外，本 App 不使用以下功能：
我們不會直接向兒童收集個人資料。本 App 適合所有年齡層的用戶使用。如你是家長或監護人，並對廣告服務有疑問，請參閱 Google 的相關政策或聯絡我們。
天氣資料來源為香港天文台公開數據。本 App 由 ABest System Consultant Limited 開發及營運，並非香港天文台官方應用程式。

ABest System Consultant Limited ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how our iPad app HKO Weather for iPad (the "App") handles information.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information from the App. You can use the App without creating an account, signing in, or providing your name, email address, phone number, or similar details.
The App requires an internet connection to retrieve live weather information, warnings, radar images, forecasts, and other public meteorological data from the Hong Kong Observatory (HKO) open weather API. These requests are used only to display weather content and are not used to identify individual users.
The App is free to download and supported by Google AdMob advertising. When you use the App, Google and its partners may collect and process certain information, such as:
This information is processed by Google in accordance with its privacy policy for providing, measuring, and improving advertising services. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses data in advertising.
You may manage App Tracking Transparency settings on your device via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, where applicable.
You may permanently remove all in-app advertising through a one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase. Purchases and payments are processed by the Apple App Store; we do not receive your payment card details. Apple may process account information related to purchases. See the Apple Privacy Policy.
Purchase records are stored by Apple. You can restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the App.
Apart from the above, the App does not use:
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. The App is suitable for users of all ages. Parents or guardians with questions about advertising should refer to Google's policies or contact us.
Weather data is sourced from publicly available Hong Kong Observatory data. The App is developed and operated by ABest System Consultant Limited and is not an official Hong Kong Observatory application.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
